Shipping: In stock items ship within 2 days weekdays. I do not ship on weekends.
You will receive a tracking number for your insured package when it ships.
Returns: Each of our items in handcrafted and a one of a kind piece. Any flaws in the item that result from the process are part of the unique feel of the piece. Every one of them are designed and made with love and consideration of wear and sturdiness. Please ask questions and request information before purchasing if you are unceratin. I want you to be satisfied with anything we make and will try to make it right.
Having said that we do not exchange or return items except for damage. In the case of cuffs please be aware that there is a "good" way and a "bad" way to put on and take off your cuff. We are not responsible for misuse.
